《重庆市生活垃圾管理条例》实施以来，重庆市九龙坡区街道坚持落实“四级责任”机制，基本建立完成街道桶站体系。 为深化垃圾分类工作，细化垃圾分类标准，由重庆市九龙坡区街道城市办公室牵头，发动社区、物业、志愿者等多方力量，以分类不达标桶站为中心设置重点点位，通过重点时段值守、党员引领、集中整治等方式，开展“重点点位盯守”活动，开创由点位辐射社区的新模式。 现重庆市杨家坪卓越中环社区新增了生活垃圾分类集中投放点，由重庆雅镂城市公共设施制造有限公司生产生活垃圾分类站，垃圾实现4分类原则，还提供了洗手盆，凉亭，并

现重庆市杨家坪卓越中环社区新增了生活垃圾分类集中投放点，由重庆雅镂城市公共设施制造有限公司生产生活垃圾分类站，垃圾实现4分类原则，还提供了洗手盆，凉亭，并标为垃圾投放时间，更有效的提供安全、便捷的分类环境，助力居民做好垃圾分类工作。
